Tis the Season.....

It's officially that time of year again! In this blog we share some fun local events taking place leading up to and over the festive period and family-friendly destinations open between Christmas and New Year.

In our own nurseries

At the time of writing, our Pollyanna Day Nursery has already welcomed its families to their annual Christmas Fair and Gaytime Day Nursery and Startel Day Nursery will hold theirs this Saturday, 9th December 2017 from 9.30am to 12pm. We look forward to seeing everybody there!

Jancett Day Nursery and Jancett Baby Unit are busy preparing for their joint festive fair, which takes place on Sunday 17th December 2017 from 2pm to 4pm.

Jancett is also taking part in Save the Children's Christmas Jumper Day on the 15th December 2017. If you would like to take part or to donate, visit Save the Children's website.

Our nurseries are alll looking forward to their respective Christmas lunches and parties this month. In the meantime, staff and children have been rehearsing their in-house Christmas plays and concerts. They are looking forward to performing and of course to a certain 'white-bearded guest' appearing at their nursery party. Please do see your nursery manager for dates and times for your nursery play.

Pantos and Theatre

For a change of scenery after all the festivities have finished, why not book to see a pantomine. The majority of pantomines advise they are suitable for children ages 2 years and above but if in doubt, you can call the theatre and confirm the age range before you book.
