My child has been with Stanley Park Road nursery for nearly a year now and the transition was smoother than we could have imagined. I wanted to thank all of the staff at Jancett 0-2s, especially Millie, Beth, Emily, Belinda and Nikki, who have really helped my son settle into nursery so well, since he started in September. We love seeing all of the photo updates and hearing all about his day when we pick him up - it’s lovely to see how enthusiastic everyone is about him and the activities they have done with him and it really helps reassure us that he is well looked after and loved. Millie, in particular, is a shining star - she is always so welcoming, cheerful and encouraging. The bunny rabbits are a great idea and all of the painting and other activities have really helped him bloom. He also seems to love the food at nursery (he does generally love food though to be fair)! So thank you again for such excellent care and staff - your ethos shines through them and you stand out compared to other nurseries I have heard about from friends.

My son started at Ross Road Gardens in September (at 15 months), and I can confidently say that I am extremely happy with this nursery. I was initially a little apprehensive because it had only recently opened, but it has exceeded all expectations — my son absolutely loves going! The team is incredibly communicative. Every day, I receive live updates on his naps, toileting, and meals. In addition, parents are sent weekly overviews outlining what the children have been learning, along with plenty of photos (usually 8 or more). This is fantastic, as it gives me a real insight into his day — especially helpful since he isn’t yet able to communicate these things himself. Not many nurseries offer this level of detail in my experience with my eldest, so this is a big win for me. The staff at Ross Road Gardens are genuinely lovely — always friendly, always welcoming, and always happy to share what my son has been up to when my partner or I collect him. Staff have good relationships with parents and keep them involved in their children's learning. For instance, parents have access to an online app where they receive regular photos and observations of their children. Staff also provide regular talks to support parents at home, including talks about behaviour management, healthy eating, sleep and school readiness.

It is with great sadness that we are coming to the end of our nursery journey with Jancett. Park Lane has been a second home for our daughters since our eldest, joined in January 2022, and then her sister is September 2022, and the love and warmth shown to our girls has been the most wonderful aspect of their nursery experience. The team at Park Lane are truly outstanding practitioners who take pride in all that they do, and both girls have thrived in their care. Our eldest is flourishing at school and our youngest is very much school ready ahead of time, and we credit the nursery team for this. Kelly is an inspirational manager and clearly harnesses her team to perform at their best. She has been a supportive and friendly ear and always has time to speak about the children and how they are getting on. We have also been so very lucky that both our girls have had the opportunity to learn with Amy and Jordan. What a fabulous duo of teaching staff they are! The joy that radiates from Rainbow room is so clear to see, and the positive influence that they have both had on our girls is wonderful. They have such special bonds with the children and are clearly adored by them all. Rainbow Room is such a happy space; a lovely balance of EYFS learning and play and just a sea of happy faces at pick up time. Our girls also learnt all the words to many Christmas songs and pop songs during their time in Rainbow Room and I couldn’t be more grateful to the team knowing how much fun they must have had every week dancing away during their physical activity time! Listening to their voices in the car singing loudly tells me all I need to know about the confidence they have gained whilst being at Park Lane. Very much a sign of a great team who know what the children need at different times of the day. What has been most wonderful is how a child is still part of the Park Lane family even once they leave. The team always ask after our eldest and make such a fuss of her when we collect them together, and she still cherishes her time spent at nursery. We feel so lucky to have been able to spend the past 4.5 years at the nursery and saying a final goodbye in July will be so incredibly hard to do. We couldn’t be more grateful for all the care that our children have received and we will always be so thankful to you all for giving them such a great start in life.

I just wanted to send an email and say a huge thank you to everyone at Ross Road for the support and care they have shown as we attended for the last 4 years. All the staff we encountered throughout our time truly made us feel that they were invested in our daughters growth and development from day one. My son is enjoying Jancett so much. When he moved to the green room, he can't wait to go to the nursery. His speech is coming out and the staff in the green room are very prepared and knowledgeable.
